Genkai Japanese Restaurant brings an authenticity to the Japanese dining experience that is unparalleled anywhere in Cairns. At Café Coco the choicest ingredients are sourced from the lush Cairns Tablelands, the chefs wander out to the trawlers and have the pick of today's seafood haul. Café Coco offers casual buffet style dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and an alternative snack menu selection is available.

It is here at Café Coco at the Sebel Cairns Hotel that the locals gather for the ever popular Sunday Brunch offered from 11.30am.
