Colleen Were
Colleen Were, Conference Sales Manager, has spent the last 17 years in the tourism and travel industry and has held senior roles in hotels and resorts as a Director of Sales & Marketing working with both the domestic and international markets.
Colleens most recent role has been as an independent sales and marketing consultant for several properties in and around the Palm Cove region.
In addition to this Colleen has held the position of Sales & Marketing, Treasurer and Secretary for Tourism Palm Cove since 2002 and has hosted famils for in excess of 450 agents, buyers and media through this time. Colleen has also been instrumental in the organization and success of Palm Cove Fiesta since 2002 and the Australia Day Breakfasts at Palm Cove since 2005.
