The very experienced team has tremendous hospitality experience in the Tropical North. This is enhanced by their expertise in particular industry areas, and by involvement in a network of associates. Meet and Greet Services and Departure Assistance
For groups and individual travelers. A team of local guides with more than 10 years experience will meet your guests on arrival where they will coordinate the coaches and your group is a professional and friendly manner to ensure your client’s time in the region starts in the best way possible.
- Tropical Hello’s Meet and Greet Services, is charged on a per person per hour rate of $AUD47.00 gross, with a minimum of 4 hours. The Meet & Greet Services include a warm & friendly greeting from Miss Lily Pond and friend and a welcome to Cairns & Tropical North Queensland pack which includes bottled spring water (local), Tropical Hello luggage tags, arrival sign & banner supplied by the client.
- Tropical Hello will also look after your Departure Assistance with the staff coordinating the departure of the coaches from your hotel or resort from Cairns, Port Douglas, Palm Cove or any other conference or incentive destination in the region. Tropical Hello staff will then travel to the airport with your clients and assist with Check in if necessary. Rate per person per hour is $AUD44.00 gross for a minimum of 2 hours.

Guide Services (including bi-lingual)
A team of local guides with more than 10 years experience guide your guests on any tour or excursion in the region. Whether they choose a day on the Great Barrier Reef, Skyrail or Scenic Railway to Kuranda, a full day tour to the outback or simply assisting with group transfers to restaurants. Tropical Hello’s guides will coordinate the coaches and your group is a professional and friendly manner to ensure that any tour in Cairns and Tropical North Queensland is experienced in the best way possible. Tropical Hello Guides will offer a full commentary guide service on all tours or be there to assist in whatever your client’s requirements are.

Hospitality Desk
the experienced team can assist you on the ground in the Cairns, Port Douglas and Palm Cove region, where the team has extensive knowledge of all services available in each destination. Tropical Hello offer the services of onsite Hospitality Desk Staff to assist with restaurant bookings, planning for leisure days and general information about the area and the program. The cost for this service is $AUD47.00 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours, up to a maximum of 10 hours service.
